What is your fee for psychotherapy?
My current fee is $200 per 50 minute session individual, and $240 per 60 minute couples session. Longer sessions, such as 60, 90, or 135 minutes, are available with a pro-rated fee.
Do you take insurance?
I am not contracted with any insurance company, however I am able to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I am also working on a guide to help you advocate for reimbursement for therapy.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who cannot afford the full fee. My sliding scale slots are currently full. Please inquire about being added to my waitlist.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 48 hours notice for session cancellations. If I receive less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the missed session. Exceptions to this include medical emergencies, and situations in which we are able to reschedule within the week (pending session availability).
Do you offer phone or video appointments?
Yes. I am able to provide both phone and video appointments.
Are you available after-hours?
You may send me emails 24-hours a day; I will usually respond within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer a free consultation session?
Yes, I offer a free 10-20 minute phone consultation.
Can I text you?
You are welcome to text me to coordinate scheduling and other business items. Text is not HIPAA compliant and therefore not guaranteed to be confidential. Text is not appropriate for emergency or crisis situations, as I may not be able to respond immediately.
